RhoSpiel 03

35 avid Curlers competed in this year's RhoSpiel 03 held at North Halton Golf and Country Club in Georgetown.

Everyone curled well and our format of 
"8 Skips" made the teams fairly even.

The dinner was excellent and the prize table great.

RHO Curling 2001

32 keen curlers turn out for "RhoSpiel 02" held at the North Halton Golf and Country Club, Georgetown, Ontario, on March 16th. 

 Proceeds went to the
Rho Alpha Kappa Allumni Association Endowment Fund.

Fund tops $6000 for RTA Award.

Brothers and friends of Rho Alpha Kappa gathered at Ryerson on September 28 to enjoy each others company and to launch the Rho Alpha Kappa Endowement Award Fund.  Hosted by Robert Gardner (Chair of RTA), and Jon Keeble (Head of Television), the event celebrated the efforts of RHO to create an on-going annual award for RTA students.  When the fund reaches $10 - $12,000, the award will be endowed and continue forever under the administration of the Ryerson University Awards office.

RHO got the ball rolling by presenting a cheque for $2000 to Ryerson - proceeds from two years of Golf Tournaments and Curling Spiels.  Over $4000 was raised by those who sent in donations or made generous contributions at the event.

RHO PINS:  Tom Brennand and George MacNabb are the first to order the "new" Rho Alpha Kappa lapel pin.  Exact replications of the original Rho pin are now available for order at a cost of $65.00  Please let us know if you want to order a pin.

NEW RHO ENDOWMENT FUND, FIRST ITEM OF BUSINESS AT ANNUAL MEETING:  .
